Where were you when the world stopped turning that September day?
Eleven years have passed and I still remember the confusion and panic while sitting in accelerated algebra 2 as our principle came over the loudspeaker to announce that the World Trade Center has been hit by planes.
I am blessed not to have had a friend or loved one who was in the towers that day, but so many weren't. My heart goes out to them today as well as the soldiers, their families and friends, who have fought for our country since that day to allow my day-to-day life continue to be comfortable. Thank you.
