9/19's Deals and Steals

Argggh there mateys! Today is National Pirate Day; in case you were looking for some fun trivia.  It's also our Get Healthy Recipe Share Day at work; which means a smorgasbord for lunch.  Hopefully I'll get some good recipes to share.  I brought in my salsa, guacamole (which will be made at lunch) and chips.
