What does the weekend ahead of us look like for you? My in-laws are coming in town for Bruce Springsteen concert tonight at Wrigleyfield with my SIL/BIL. With a 80% chance of rain forecasted for today, I hope they don't get rained out, or worse yet, have to sit through a wet concert.
Tomorrow SIL, MIL and I are heading over to Bucktown for Renegade Craft Fair. I had never heard of it until last year, when one of our friends very artistic girlfriend's insisted that they come visit and we go. I was skeptical at first and pictured items made out of aluminum cans and/or buttons. However, it was spectacular. It's like Etsy-heaven. All types of vendors, most handmade, for items like jewelry, clothing, home decor, etc. It travels nationally, and even internationally (to London) now. I cannot wait!
If you're a local reading my blog and haven't been, you should definitely check it out. It's on Division and Damen, 11a-7p Saturday and Sunday.
