Another year has gone by, but today still has a feeling of numbness. There aren't words to say to change what's happened or even to console those who lost loved ones. We have to remember and vow never let it happen again.

When we went to NYC this winter, we visited 9/11 Memorial. Today I'm remember all of those names etched into the fountain walls and praying for humankind's future.
It's still such a somber subject for me, and I can't believe it's been 12 years! We finally got to go visit the memorial this past spring when we were up visiting in CT for my cousin's wedding and it's so beautiful. I love how they turned ground zero into a park with the footprints of the towers with the beautiful waterfalls. It couldn't have been done any better :)
