Good morning all! Not only is it Hump Day, but it’s also my half birthday! Lol, so happy half-birthday to me.
Ben has been feeling sick since Sunday so we’ve been really low key. His lack of energy also drains my energy, so last night after dinner and some baking, I neglected to fold the clean laundry (and do dishes, whoops) and we watched Horrible Bosses (checked out via the library). It was a pretty good movie. For the most part, like many movies, it was predictable. However, we both enjoyed it. I think a big factor was that Charlie from on Always Sunny in Philadelphia was in it and we’re huge Sunny fans. But I’d definitely recommended it as a couple’s movie if you haven’t seen it yet.
AT Loft is starting up their Friends and Family sale and this is one I may have to hit up to get some new work clothes. It’s hard to beat 40% off; especially when there is a store within walking distance of my office. It makes for the perfect lunch break :O)
I also got an email that Best Buy has decided to open at midnight this year on Black Friday. From this article it looks like there’s a number of stores opting for Midnight openings:
For those keeping track, Target, Macy's, Kohl's and now Best Buy will be open at midnight this year while JCPenney and Sears have held their ground and will both be opening at 4am. Walmart opened at midnight last year, but has made no announcement of this year's plans.
