Two New Friends

Last week I posted about a special mission of Chicago English Bulldog Rescue as well as our plans to help serve this project over the weekend.  While we haven't quite gotten the "okay" to spread the news/story just yet (all of our donaters are being notified first), I am happy and excited to introduce not one, but TWO new fosters we welcomed into our home yesterday!

Meet Huey, a male:

And this sweet little lady is Betty (aka Betty Sue and Bettina)

Details coming shortly! I'm still trying to wrap my head around the past five days and come down from this adrenaline high.

Update: here is the background story of how these dogs (and 21 others) came into the rescue and here's a pupdate on Betty!

    Oh my gosh!! I want one! You rescued these little babies??! My boy friend would die if we were able to adopt/rescue a bulldog! Girl!! How fun for you! haha sorry too much enthusiasm :)

      Yes, it crazy to think there's the need for a bulldog rescue; but there is! It's such a rewarding experience! I'll post details about how these two came into the rescue tomrw. Thanks for stopping over!
