OOTD Catch Up

It's been a while since I've shared what I wore. Let's play catch up, shall we?

Lady in Leopard
Dress: Merona for Target (no longer available)
Black patent belt: Banana Republic (old; similar here)
Wedges: Max Studio (via TJ Maxx)
Monogram Bracelet: Dannijo (no longer sold; but I love this)
Black and Tan Tweed
Sweater: Gap (similar here)
Skirt: Banana Republic (old; similar here)
Boots: Nine West (via TJ Maxx; old)
Comfy and Cozy
Sweater: random brand (TJ Maxx, old; somewhat similar)
White long-sleeved, scoop-neck tee: Gap
Denim: DL1961 Angel Ankle (this length fits my short lengs perfectly for flats with no hem!)
Boots: Corso Como (similar here)
Belt: J Crew
Monogram Necklace: Christmas gift from Ben, sold here

Chainsta-Gangsta (?)
Pointe Dress: Gap (similar here)
Blazer: H&M
Booties: Corso Como Mott
Necklace: Lily Dawson
I received this necklace for a Christmas gift.  It was on my list, but I hadn't seen it in person. I was a bit taken back by how long (it can be worn doubled as shown above or single-length and heavy it is). However, while I think it's going to grow on me, I can't forget the comment Ben made when I first opened it: "Geesh, are you going to wear that out to use as a weapon in case there's a bar fight?"
My thoughts:
 1. That was rude.
 2. How often am in a places where fights break out?!
Pleasing Plaid
Shirt: Gap (available here)
Skirt: Limited (purchase via a blog sale; similar here)
Heels: Nine West (old)
Monogram Bracelet: Dannijo (no longer sold; but I love this)
Chain link bracelet: Yuni Kelley on Etsy (I wear a size small; she has a lot of other options too)
Rhinestone bracelet: F21

  1. Hello! Just stumbled upon your blog. Very cute! I was thinking about buying those Corso Como Mott booties you're wearing for work with tights. Are they reasonably comfy? I'm always scared to buy shoes online.

  2. Hi Elisse and welcome! The Mott booties are SO comfy! I bought them in black and cognac since they were on super sale ($37 at VonMaur stores). The thick heel makes them comfortable to walk in and the interior has a padding. I have no issues wearing them out, even if we're walking (and I usually hate heels). Hope they work for you!
