Peanut Butter Oreo Brownies

Whew; what a mouthful!

Again, like the Pumpkin Sumthin's, I don't really know what to call this because it's not quite a cupcake.  However, I can tell you one thing- this is one of the most gluttonous desserts to make and it is damn good!  One of my friends made it and posted pictures on FB.  It looked so good I instantly asked her for the recipe.  Here's the original.

Peanut Butter Oreo Brownies

Ingredients:
(Makes ~20)
  • Box of brownie mix
  • Package of Oreo cookies (I used generic brand)
  • ~1 cup peanut butter
  • Ingredients called on brownie mix box:
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1/4 cup water
You'll also need a muffin/cupcake pan and liners

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to temp on brownie mix box (350 degrees F)
  • Make brownie mix according to box
  • Take one Oreo and put a spoonful* of peanut butter on it (*:approx 1 tsp, but you really don't need to measure)
  • Place second Oreo on top and put another spoonful* of peanut butter on that

  • Place in liner on cupcake pan
  • Pour approximately 2 Tbsp of brownie mix over Oreo/pb (let it fall down the sides of the stack and cover it)
  • Repeat until you've used all of the brownie mix
  • Bake for 18 minutes

  • Enjoy!
You have no idea what yumminess is inside this guy

Here's a sneak peak...
